Ven. Kusala Teaching Buddhism in English

Buddhism originated in India and spread to Southeast Asia, Europe and consequently to America in the late 1800’s. Years later, in modern day America where science takes front and center, Buddhism is alive and flourishing.

As American followers of Buddhism, we want to bring the Buddha's teachings to anyone who might be interested in learning the path to peace and happiness. For this reason alone it's important to create Buddhist Centers for the study of Buddhism in English.

In the name of the Buddha and Bodhisattvas may the heart of peace and contentment be with you all.

with form and without, with perception and without, with consciousness
and without, may they be......

......happy, peaceful and free from suffering.
May no harm come to me/them.
May no difficulties come to me/them.
May no problems come to me/them.
May I/they always find fulfillment.

May I/they also have patience, courage, understanding, and determination,
to meet and overcome, the inevitable difficulties,
problems, and failures in life.
